NAU POS Card Processing Troubleshooting Guide
First, verify the store’s internet connection. The best way is to open a web browser like Chrome on your POS computer and check if YouTube videos play correctly. If the internet is down, please contact your service provider immediately.
If the internet is working and cables are properly connected but processing still fails, you must reboot the card terminal.
Follow the terminal cable to the hub where Red, Blue, and Yellow sockets are located. The internet cable is usually in the Red socket; the Black cord located directly above it is the power cable. Unplug this black cord and plug it back in.
After reconnecting the power, wait for about 3 minutes for the terminal to return to the home screen. Once it’s back, perform a test transaction from the POS.
If it still doesn’t work, please reboot your internet modem. It usually takes 5 to 10 minutes for a modem to fully restart. Wait until it’s completely back online before testing again.
